This policy explains what data we process when you use SeedTally (this website) and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The controller responsible for data processing is named in our Imprint (Tim Adrian Ribbat). You can reach us at xaos.shop@gmail.com.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit, Cloudflare automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and consent

We only set non-essential cookies or load non-essential scripts (such as analytics or advertising) after you have given consent, in line with § 25 TDDDG and the GDPR. You can accept or decline, and the tools work either way. Essential functions needed to deliver the site do not require consent.

Analytics

Subject to your consent, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how the tools are used so we can improve them. This may include usage events, approximate location derived from your IP, and device and browser information. We do not sell this data, and you can decline analytics without losing access to any tool.

Some product links are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The destination site may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. See our Affiliate disclosure.

Advertising

If we display ads in the future, advertising partners will only be loaded after your consent, and this policy will be updated to name them.
